My earliest memories are from Cuba, where me and my siblings were born in the beautiful Pinar del Rio region. Growing up in the countryside, I was surrounded by lush vistas and delicious Cuban food. Indeed, my parents would often roast an entire pig, even after it was banned in Cuba in 1964. They would continue roasting in secret, and I would watch the process from start to end until I myself mastered the recipe to create a perfect lechon asado. The end result was delicious meat so tender you could pull it apart. 

Upon immigrating to the U.S., our traditions came with us. We still roast pork - but no longer secretly! I am incredibly proud of my culture and traditions and hope to share it with others. Here in the U.S. multiple generations of the family have been involved with restaurants and our pork has gained fame. Cooking, hosting, sharing - it's in my blood, and it's what I do best! I think that there is nothing better than creating a beautiful moment centered around some delicious Cuban food, drink and music! 

As such, I invite you to join me to indulge in the sabor (flavor), music and magic of Cuba during a fun immersive experience that will make you feel like you are spending an evening in my homeland. 

My lush tropical garden entices you to come in, sit and enjoy. The soul-stirring sounds of Cuban music set the tone as guests arrive and get to know each other. You might meet local musicians joining together for a descarga (jam session). Or grab one of our claves or guiros or bongos, feeling the rhythm take a hold as you sway to the beat.

This sets the stage for the main course, a classic savory Cuban meal. You'll enjoy lechon asado (roasted pork), moros (black beans and rice cooked together with spices), platanos (fried sweet banana), tostones (fried green banana) and drinks. Leave room for dessert, along with conversation and laughter!

This experience is not only about food, it is also about music, culture and celebrating life.
